Welcome to Nooro! If you're not familiar with us, you may be surprised to hear that we've been quietly programming custom data collection applications for corporate and government clients since way back in 1995.

Given our online focus, we don't do any offline advertising or marketing, and we have even kept a low profile online... Word of mouth and repeat clients have more than kept us busy and growing, even through the economic turmoil of the last few years.
